Everyone's falling sick!

Donovan and Dominus came down with a minor flu, followed by some coughing which worsen over the weekend and at the same time fighting a fever. It's the season for bronchitis. The bug was so strong that Daddy and Mummy soon caught it and Mummy was coughing like crazy round the clock. Mummy can hardly finish a sentence without coughing and the boys would almost spontaneously echo with their sets of coughing episodes too. Night time is worse, the tranquility is punctuated by our coughing marathon. Donovan and Dominus would take turns to peak their fever and Dominus and Rei would be fighting over the cradle. Dominus would be murmuring "Mummy..... I want Mummy...." in his sleep and Mummy would be torn between consoling him, nursing the wide-awake Rei and fighting to stay awake all the while.

The boys had been absent from school since last Friday but their condition didn't seem to be getting any better. Neutrin, Zyrtec, Bambec, Fluimucil and paracetamol; I hope this concoction works more than just swimming in their blood stream. Mummy has stopped her medication though her condition hasn't quite improved as the cough syrup has been making her extra drowsy and she doesn't like it. Looks like the bug is here to stay for awhile longer before we can say "shoo....shooo....". Thereafter, we better step up on our routine and dosage fo Vit C!!
