Donovan's first violin lesson

Donovan had gotten his first violin for quite some time already. Along the way, Mummy has taught him how to hold and how to bow it to make some sounds from it but there weren't anything formal. Apart from trying very hard to teach him how to play twinkle twinkle little star with lots of scaffolding, nothing much was achieved, except that the vigourous bowing snapped one of the strings... the thicker one.... (don't know how....)

Mummy just doesn't have time to dedicate specifically for Donovan to teach him the instrument. If she were to make time, means she has to leave the 2 younger ones aside and that would be contributing to her level of stress and it'll make her super impatient with Donovan. So better to get someone else to handle the job.

Teacher Sharon is young and vibrant, definitely dedicated in her job in teaching Donovan. Just hope that Donovan wouldn't frighten her off with his short attention span, ocassional rude remarks and mood swings! Sharon, please bear with him!! Poor you, having to kneel down the entire lesson...
