Zoo trip with Cherie Hearts

Cherie Hearts organised a zoo trip as a Children's Day gift for the children. Mummy tagged along too, not knowing that it'll be a super tiring journey. Both Don and Domi were as 'sticky' as ever, figuratively and literally. Mummy's arms almost broke from carrying Domi and holding Don who simply refused to walk by himself even for a few moments. The weather made it worse. Mummy was sweating from inside out while Don was literally sweating like a tap!

Mummy had to express milk in the heat too, with a nursing wrap. The only privacy she could get was on a bench in front of the smelly hippo pond. Still, it was so warm with the added layer of nursing wrap that Mummy's hair was sticking onto her face!

The children were tired from all the walking and some who didn't have parents along with the trip, cried throughout the excursion as the teachers' hands were full from their bags and water bottles and therefore unable to carry them. Some younger ones slept from the beginning of the trip till they got back at the school.

It was indeed tiring and Mummy dashed to Ah-ma's house for a shower before rewarding herself with a pedicure session. Yeah!
