Banana Cake again! (As requested by Daddy)


Chocolate-Mint Cake

Chocolate as always gone very well with mint, just like one of Mummy's favourite 'After-Eight' chocolates. So Mummy bought a bottle of peppermint essence to experiment. Mummy was fearful and skeptical of the results as this is actually her first attempt with a real cake, minus the banana loaf. So with Jerrimie and Grandma taking care of the boys, Mummy worked on this in the kitchen.

The grren peppermint parts blended

well with the chocolate portion.

Mummy added Chocolate fudge to glaze the cake
Mummy added mashmallow to
embellish the plain looking cake.

The peppermint green parts wasn't quite well

blended in the cake itself but nonetheless,

the minty taste is still strong.
