Accidents only need 1 second to happen

Was spending my usual Saturday mornings in Clarke Quay Central at Ya Kun Coffee shop while waiting for Donovan to finish his class when I was near this. The glass panel on the 2nd level of the shopping mall suddenly gave way to pressure and shattered. Luckily, there was no passers-by when it happened. I was trying to break open my half-boiled egg (Don't ask me why I have to open them myself.....) when I heard a loud sound, can't decide whether its a crash or a bang. The vendors of Ya Kun then gasped and pointed outside and I witnessed the scene below.

Frankly, you need to be at the scene to be able to feel what a close shave it was. Accidents happen everywhere, and that is why accident policies are very important. Seriously, I've not sold a single accident policy before, and I'll make sure I'll preach it from now on, cause a single mishap and rob us of our livelihood and even cost us our lives. Get a peace of mind.
