Royal Carribbean Cruise with Great Eastern
Daddy and Mummy went on a cruise retreat with their colleagues from Great Eastern on the Royal Carribbean. Daddy had never been on any cruise while Mummy had been on Star Virgo about 10 years ago. This trip was an exciting one since its Daddy's virgin cruise and they'll be leaving behind the boys in the care of Grandma. The pre-cruise introduction about this vessel sent some posh messages about extravagance of this holiday. Everything on board is transacted in USD, food fare trumpets fine dining and demands formal wear and they even practise American tipping, yes, in USD too. The fine dining proved to be an elaborate affair and we had a whale of a time stuffing expensive food into our tummies like some hungry souls. Mummy who don't usually drink, had the most number of wines she had on board than she ever did in her whole lifetime. Not a very nice feeling to be constantly drank though, as it came to a point where she wasn't sure was she really drunk, or was the sea too choppy.
Net gain from this cruise? 3 extra kilos on Mummy's hips.
