Port Dickson getaway

This is our first family road trip to Malaysia (without Rei). Aunt Jane suggested driving up to Port Dickson's Legend Water Chalet for a rest and relax holiday and Mummy rallied Aunt Vivian and Aunt Joaquim's family to come along. Prior to the trip, Mummy had prep the boys for what they should expect from this trip; the long distance driving, the water features and some friends to play with. However, things still cropped up along the journey. Sigh.

Barely an hour into the journey, Domi said he wanted to poo. Having worn diapers for him, Mummy thought he could pass motion in his diaper and after which Mummy could change him into a fresh one. But Domi said he wants to poo in a toilet bowl! And he requested for the toilet bowl from our home! And he wouldn't quit nagging. So Mummy, being "innovative", sat Domi on top and inbetween of her legs, with a plastic bag cushioned with tissue papers inside, and started conditioning him to poo. After several tries, Domi still refused to pass motion in this manner and decided to hold until we reach the first rest station. Then they started pigging out and by the time we reached our destination, more than half of the tit-bits we brought along were wiped out.

The boys liked the water chalet the moment we set foot on it and they were thrilled by the see-through water panel. It was indeed a rather different type of holiday as shopping and sight-seeing were kept minimal. Most activities were centred within the hotel itself though we went to visit the Ostrich Farm on Day 2. The boys were reluctant to leave and requested to revisit this place again.
