Sponge cake in a cup

Mummy's has been experimenting different types of sponge cake. Finally came across one that doesn't need folding in procedure. To test its rising extent, Mummy test baked in muffin cups first. Domi was a great helper as Gor Gor wasn't around to over-shadow his abilities. He helped Mummy whisk the eggs and scoop the batter into cups. Great helper!
