Triple layer baked Durian Cheesecake

Durian is in the season for quite awhile and its the family's favourite (except Domi) so Mummy decided to bake a durian cake. However, Mummy isn't quite confident with sponge cake so she used cheese instead. What's different this time round is there are 2 layers of biscuit base, one digestive and one oreo. Was supposed to steam-bake the cake but the tin which was supposed to hold the water leaked so Mummy could only bake it without water-bathing it.
