Almond Crisp

Though Mummy hates the taste of almond, she made this for the family who savours the taste of this nut. However, Mummy did not spread the mixture thin enough so it didn't turn out as 'crisp' as desired. Well, practice makes perfect, mistakes gives room for improvements right?

to be stored into air-tight containers.

Chocolate Cheesecake

Mummy overbaked this cake and certain portions, especially the top, came out rather hard... So Mummy has renamed it chocolate cookie cake... Haaa...
