Mummy's first attempt at making Oreo Cheesecake

This is Mummy's first attempt at baking a cake. Not exactly baking though, as she did not put the cake into any oven technically. However, that's the verb we use when our intention is to prepare a cake. Mummy is totally clueless about baking so she chose a no-bake recipe as opposed to one which requires the self-heating rectangular box(oven). The difference between a baking and non-baking recipe lies with the eggs and gelatine.

Mummy is so proud of her masterpiece that she took some pictures of them, only after she ate a few pieces... They were yummy to her and feedback from the family was positive too. That greatly encouraged her to attempt different flavours. Probably mocha cheesecake next?
