Mummy says...

Time really flies and Baby Dominus is already 6 weeks old. From a chubby newborn, he had grown into a chubbier infant, irresistable to all who loves him. Mummy is breastfeeding Baby Dominus exclusively as she wants Baby Dominus to be as healthy as Gor Gor Donovan.

Mummy had been taking care of Baby Dominus quite a lot as he is still an infant who needs high attention and thus leaving little time for Gor Gor Donovan. For this, Mummy's face spelt 'guilt' everytime she cannot attend to Donovan's whines and cries. As far as possible, Mummy tries to focus on Gor Gor Donovan so that he does not resent the existence of his younger brother for any loss of attention, as this is very important in fostering brotherhood between the 2 boys. Needless to say, it is easier said than done. So Mummy would bring Gor Gor Donovan out for walks, MRT rides or library trips to spend individual time with him.

However, Gor Gor Donovan is approaching the 'terrible-two' stage in 5 months' time and he is already revealing a little of the 'demon' in him. The stubborn streak, the utmost refusal, the cheeky grin before a mischief, the whining spells and the 'free-flow' adrenaline is almost driving everyone in the family to the end of their rope. Bringing Gor Gor Donovan out for shopping is worse; it is probably easier to tame a bull after waving the red flag at it than controlling Gor Gor Donovan. Still, Mummy is enjoying the time spent with the boys and watch them grow. It is really amazing how fast they grow.

Shee Shee.. Pain Pain...

Gor Gor Donovan had been unwilling to pass urine since yesterday and would cry bitterly whenever we have him sit on his potty. We realised the severity of the problem when he complained of pain in his private area so Daddy and Mummy decided to bring him to the doctor. The doctor found some swelling and redness at the tip of his penis (inner skin) and prescribed some medication to wash and apply, along with anti-biotics. While waiting for the infection to clear, Gor Gor Donovan needs to be checked by a surgeon from KKH to see if his foreskin needs to be circumcised. Ouch!
