Clever Gor Gor Donovan

Today, Gor Gor Donovan surprised Mummy with his newly found skill; taking off his shoes single-handedly. We had been encouraging him to do that but he always relied on the adults to do it for him. Sometimes, he even pretended not to hear us and wore his shoes around the house. After his after walk with Grandma today, he came back and sat on the floor as instructed, then took off his shoes systematically. Wow....

No Poo Poo

Mummy was rather worried a few days ago as Baby Dominus did not pass motion at all for 3 consequetive days. According to the 'breastfeeding manual', breastfed babies are supposed to 'produce' 6 wet nappies and 3 yellow stools nappies in a day. However, Baby Dominus just didn't manage a single stools nappy at all. Initially, Mummy decided to adopt the wait-and-see strategy but was at her wit's end by the 3rd day. Mummy asked her friends for advice, as well as called KKH's lactation consultant for solution. KKH's lactation consultant adviced Mummy to express the remaining breastmilk which Baby Dominus didn't managed to empty and feed him. That's the rich hind milk which is high in fat which babies need to grow bigger and taller! Mummy did as told and by the next day, Mummy welcomed a whole yellowy-smelly naapy full of stools! Yeah!
