Donovan unwell...

Baby Donovan had been unwell for almost a week. It started on 21st November after we went for Disney's Magic show. He came home with a fever which made him easily irritable and cranky. We suspect it could be due to the bad air within indoor stadium as there was a string of magic shows and there were so many children present.

Soon, baby Donovan lost his voice and we brought him to a PD immediately. The numerous bottles of medicine were simply unbelievable. Of course, he hated them and every medicine-feeding time meant war for all of us.

Donovan's temperature went on a roller-coaster ride and he felt threateningly warm on Sunday afternoon. We took his temperature which read 38.1 degrees. Off we went to KKH immediately. There, his temperature escalated to 39.6 degrees. Doctor wants us to sponge him immediately to bring down his temperature. That of course, was sheer torture for Donovan. He was wailing helplessly. We went home with a lower temperature and more medicine.

Baby Donovan seemed better today. But his appetite is still bad. Wonder if it is due to him being unwell. We definitely hope for better days ahead.
